Crwban Bach is a welcoming and vibrant after-school club located in Ysgol Caer Elen, specially designed for primary school children aged 3 to 12 years. We accept children who attend part-time, provided they are out of nappies/pull ups. To ensure all children are comfortable settling in, a few trial sessions are recommended, as some younger children may find the transition to after-school activities a bit overwhelming initially. The club operates from the end of the school day until 5.30pm, with the option for a later pick-up between 5.30pm and 6.00pm available for an additional fee. This can be booked in advance and costs £2 per child.
Our team is made up of qualified, experienced staff dedicated to creating a warm, friendly environment filled with fun and laughter. Children are encouraged to bring their own snacks, in accordance with the school’s no-nut policy.
The cost for each child is £10 from September 2026, with a 5% discount offered for siblings. Crwban Bach also runs a holiday club during school breaks — please contact us for more details. Copies of our policies and procedures are available for parents and guardians and can be requested at any time or viewed in the club’s porch area.
